About the Workshops

  1. Identifying & Assessing Risk within Strengths-Based Practice (19th March)

    This workshop will equip participants with the skills to:

    • Apply strengths-based practice to risk assessment

    • Strengthen decision-making under pressure

  2. LEAD ~ Leadership Excellence & Development (20 March)

    Designed for emerging and experienced leaders, this session will cover:

    • Confidence in leadership during complex and high-pressure situations

    • Practical tools to support and guide teams effectively

    • Strategies to enhance decision-making and problem-solving
