'Back to the Grind'

Last Friday, we kicked off the year with our first themed day “Back to the Grind”. It was a fun way to ease back into work and reflect on what “the grind” means to each of us. For some, it was getting back into work mode after the holidays. For others, it was the chaos of back-to-school and getting organised. And of course, for others, it was quite literally grinding that first cup of coffee!

Working in child protection can be tough. Working remotely can be tough. Finding ways to connect with colleagues can be tough. That’s why we make time for moments like these. To share, to connect, and to have a little fun along the way.
